Counter check-in is available for booking made online and tickets purchased from our ticketing counter and authorized agents. Please go to the ferry terminal counter and present the following to obtain your ferry boarding pass:

Online Booking Confirmation

Valid travel documents: MyKad (Malaysian) / passport (Foreigners)
|
Please note that failure to produce any of the above documents may result to immigration authorities refusing travel.
Counter check-in is available up to 1 hour prior to departure time.
After collection of your ferry boarding pass, please proceed to ferry check point (jetty) at least 30 minutes before departure. |

All passengers are strongly encouraged to collect their ferry boarding pass as early as possible (at least 90 minutes before ferry departure time) during weekend, public holidays, school holidays and eve of public holidays.

Passengers must check and ensure that they are issued with the correct boarding pass and their travel documents are in order before leaving the check-in counter.
